1.1 Ancient Aliens
History Channel's 'Ancient Aliens' reveals that although alien sightings have become a big part of modern pop culture, they're nothing new. For thousands of years, people all around the world have pointed to the skies and seen incredible flying objects.
This 5 part documentary series makes the case that alien life forms may have had a hand in many of the as yet unsolved/unexplained mysteries of the ancient world. If you are new to the “ancient astronauts” theory this will be an excellent introduction to that subject. It doesn’t (really) present any new information for those who are already familiar with the work of researchers like Erich von Däniken, David Hatcher Childress, Michael Cremo, Jason Martell and William Bramley.
The 5 parts in this series are:
Below you will find part 1 and you can click on the names of the above mentioned parts to watch the series.
1.2 The Revelation Of The Pyramids
The Revelation Of The Pyramids takes an in depth look at one of the seven wonders of the world, The Great Pyramids of Giza. Mystery has surrounded these epic structures for centuries with theories varying from the scientific to the bizarre.
This documentary puts forth yet another, and in my view very plausible, theory of what lies behind this greatest of archaeological mysteries: a message of paramount importance for all mankind, through time and space.
1.3 The Symbolist School Of Ancient Egypt
If you want to have a clear understanding of the big picture it is essential to have more than a basic understanding of ancient Egypt, more specifically, the Symbolist School of Egyptology. The Symbolist School is an alternative interpretation of ancient Egyptian culture advanced by the French scholar and philosopher, R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz (1891-1962). In the Symbolist view, Egyptian architecture and art disclose a richer and more universal wisdom than conventional Egyptology has assumed.
Ancient Egypt is extremely important to the belief system of many secret societies and the so called "powers that be".
Haven't you ever wondered why there is a pyramid on the back of the dollar bill instead of, uhhm, let's say a baseball bat? Wouldn't that be a more typical symbol of American culture? And then there is the pretty creepy eye in the cap stone of the pyramid..
Why is the Washington monument an obelisk instead of, say.., a statue of George Washington? Why is there an obelisk in the Vatican square (of all places!). If you're religious (which I'm not by the way) wouldn't you expect a big cross or a 'Christ The Redeemer' statue like the one in Rio de Janeiro? Why is there an obelisk in London called Cleopatra's needle?
The reason for this will become clear as you get further down the list, but for now here is an introduction to The Symbolist School Of Ancient Egypt:
1.4 The Gods Of Eden
This book deals with Alternative Human History, or rather the dark side of human history, hidden from the average person's world view. It is very difficult to find reliable sources on this subject, as many of them are based on "channelled" information or baseless conjecture.
In "The Gods of Eden", William Bramley backs up all of his arguments with reliable sources. Furthermore, his research is not tainted by personal attachment to any particular belief system. He does an excellent job of bringing many neglected and obscured topics to light, some of which will permanently change the way you view the world, its governments, and especially religion.
"The Gods of Eden" is a very solid primer on Alternative Human History, which will open up many doors of further research for the inclined reader. It also has the potential of liberating the intelligent and open minded individual from the relentless clutches of our deceptively common paradigm.
I fully agree with this reviewer (amazon.com) which is why I posted this summary here.
1.5 The Subversive Use Of Symbolism
In this 2003 presentation Michael Tsarion talks about the subversive use of symbolism in society, media and advertising. If you would like to know more about how symbolism is used you should also watch 'Age of Manipulation'.
1.6 Jordan Maxwell – The Inner World Of The Occult
In this lecture Jordan Maxwell delves deeply into the occult and its role in the control of the Western world.
The video explains even further the origins of what we are seeing happening in the world today.
1.7 Illuminati Symbolism In Popular Culture
The "powers that be" (a.k.a "Illuminati") believe that to control the media is to control the public.
Since they cannot reject their existence, they put their agenda in movies, TV shows, games etc., so the human brain filters it out as science-fiction, which it of course is not.
This video will show you how the pyramid and the one eyed cap stone, known as the "all seeing eye" (see item 1.3), are used literally everywhere.

1.8 Riddles in Stone – The Secret Architecture of Washington DC
Riddles In Stone: The Secret Architecture of Washington, D.C. explores the fascinating history behind the origins and focus of the USA. How was the precise location of Washington D.C. determined? What is the meaning of the seemingly countless occult images in the nation's capitol?
Riddles in Stone interviews experts on both sides of the heated debate. Leading researchers maintain that occult architecture permeates the city and conceals a secret agenda. Freemason apologists defend some of the most direct and hard-hitting questions concerning the influence of Masonry in America and its symbolism in Washington, D.C.
Was D.C. laid out according to the pattern of the stars? Is there really a pentagram in the street layout north of the White House? Does a Masonic square and compass extend from the Capitol building to the Washington monument? Why is the city filled with zodiac symbols, mysterious faces, and various god and goddess images? If America was founded as a "Christian" nation, where are the images of Jesus Christ? Or does Washington D.C. symbolize another Christ, the Masonic Christ? (also refer to item 1.3)
If you want to know more about ancient mystical teachings I can recommend "An Encyclopedic Outline of Masonic, Hermetic, Qabbalistic and Rosicrucian Symbolical Philosophy: Being an Interpretation of the Secret Teachings concealed within the Rituals, Allegories and Mysteries of all Ages, which is more commonly referred to as The Secret Teachings of All Ages. It's a very interesting read and the book was published by Manly Palmer Hall when he was (only) 27.
Hall was recognized as a 33º Mason (despite never being initiated into the physical craft) 47 years after this book was published, so you can rest assured that it is not a Masonic propaganda piece.
It goes without saying that if it was it would not have been mentioned on my website, as I abhor any kind of hive mind-holier-than-thou-group mentality. Click here if you want to know why.
