The HeartMath Institute first came to my attention in 2012 when I was screening the documentary Quantum Communication for my website, so I've been familiar with their work for quite some time.
As I have a naturally high level of energy and resilience (and other special innate abilities) it's much easier for me to deal with the current global situation than it is for the average person, and I have said over and over again that Your Mind is the key to your Well-being and Reality – but so is Your Heart.
The HeartMath Institute has generously made some of their online courses available for free, and I strongly advise you to visit their website and make use of these resources if you are mentally and emotionally in "COVID-19" overload. I came across a channel on YouTube recently called Truth Warrior which is run by David Whitehead,and in this articleI want to feature one of the series that he made titled 'Cults of Death & Power'.
The episodes were posted online between October 26th, 2019 and December 9th, 2019, i.e. way before the world had ever heard of "COVID-19", but in my opinion the topics that are covered in this 4 part series are extremely useful for gaining a better understanding of The Big Picture with regard to this so-called "pandemic".

This is episode one in a series on CULTS both ancient and modern. Many books and docs have focused on the leaders of these fanatical groups, which is indeed necessary and interesting. I would like to touch on that, but focus mainly on the FOLLOWERS themselves. This series is very information-dense and not for the faint of heart. If you're new to this subject matter, I advise you to keep a pen and notebook ready to jot down words, book titles, and other information that you might want to look up later. It will also be useful to write down where you stop watching a particular episode as you will probably not be able to watch everything in one go, but it will definitely be worth your time.

Judy A. Mikovits, PhD, was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a specialization in biology at The University of Virginia. She has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from George Washington University. In just over twenty years she went from being an entry-level lab technician, to the director of the lab of Antiviral Drug Mechanisms at the National Cancer Institute. After she left the National Cancer Institute she directed the Cancer Biology program at EpiGenX Pharmaceuticals in Santa Barbara, California.
There in 2006, she became attracted to the plight of patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Autism. In only five years she developed the first neuroimmune institute from a concept to a reality, and is primarily responsible for demonstrating the relationship between immune based inflammation and these diseases. She has published over 50 scientific papers.

Brian Rose has done some very good work with regard to giving a platform to doctors and other professionals, whose expert opinions on "COVID-19" go against the official "trust us and drink the Kool-Aid" story. This is a TRULY excellent interview that he did with Dr. Andrew Kaufman, M.D. and I encourage you to watch it, listen very carefully to what is being said, fact check what you don't understand or have doubts about, and then share this video with as many people as possible.
Andrew Kaufman, M.D. is a forensic psychiatrist, natural healing consultant, public speaker, and inventor. He completed his psychiatric training at Duke University Medical Center after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina, and he has a B.S. from M.I.T. in Molecular Biology. He has conducted and published original research and lectured, supervised, and mentored medical students, residents, and fellows in all psychiatric specialties. He has been qualified as an expert witness in local, state, and federal courts, held leadership positions in academic medicine and professional organizations and he ran a start-up company to develop a medical device he invented and patented.
In this April 29th, 2020 interview with London Real, Dr. Kaufman clearly explains that there is no scientific evidence to qualify "COVID-19" as a disease, and why the measures that have been implemented worldwide (i.e. the global lockdown, "social distancing", wearing surgical or other types of face masks, etc.), has nothing to do with fighting a real pandemic. I fully agree with Dr. Kaufman and Brian Rose when they say that wearing face masks for instance, is just another way to reinforce "social distancing", and next to having adverse effects on a person's health (the masks actually make it more difficult to breathe to name just one), it brainwashes people into fearing each other and human interaction in general.
The psychopaths behind the scenes want to train people to start interacting with each other like robots and to be just as controllable, so for the millionth time, don't fall for it.
