Facebook's future privacy options:

Alessandro Acquisti is an Associate Professor of Information Systems and Public Policy at the Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and a member of Carnegie Mellon CyLab.

Acquisti's research focuses on the economics of privacy. His studies have spearheaded the application of behavioral economics to the analysis of privacy and information, security decision making, and the analysis of privacy risks and disclosure behavior in online social networks.

In this TED Talk, Alessandro Acquisti explains how and why the line between public and private, both online and in real life, has blurred in the past decade and might even be erased in the (near) future. With his thought-provoking, slightly chilling talk, he shares details of recent and ongoing research, including a project that shows how easy it is to match a photograph of a stranger with their sensitive personal information.

What motivates you to share your activities and personal information online? After watching this presentation ask yourself how and why you (still) use the plethora of social media. The preservation of your privacy may very well depend on it.

RESONANCE – Beings of Frequency

This is another great, eye-opening documentary, that was released online for free in 2013 for the benefit of Humanity. It's even more relevant to the world we live in today.

Earth has a natural frequency and as life slowly evolved on the planet, it did so surrounded by this frequency. This electromagnetic pulse of Earth is a measurable frequency of 7.83 Hz, which was named the Schumann Resonance after physicist Winfried Otto Schumann. He predicted this resonance mathematically in 1952 and confirmed his hypothesis in 1954.

But here's the kicker: the electrical frequency that is transmitted by the human brain, the alpha wave that controls creativity, performance, stress, anxiety, and the immune system is……………also 7.83 Hz.

To make it more tangible you can experience what 7.83 Hz sounds and feels like on this website: Online Tone Generator

Listen with a headset (be mindful of the volume) and increase and decrease the frequency, for a better understanding of what is being explained in the documentary. Notice how immediately disharmonious an increase in frequency can feel to the body.

Another very good example of the effects of frequency on matter can be seen in this video. What you're looking at is an example of cymatics and you can find more examples on YouTube.

Not only are we surrounded by natural frequencies, our bodies are filled with them too. Our cells communicate by using electromagnetic frequencies. Our brain emits a constant stream of frequencies and our DNA delivers instructions by using frequencies. This delicate balance was dramatically disturbed when mankind started to submerge itself in an ocean of artificially generated frequencies.

Artificial frequencies are all around us, filling the air and drowning out the Earth's natural resonance of 7.83 Hz. To the naked eye, the planet appears to be the same. But on a cellular level, it's the biggest change that life on Earth has endured, and we are now clearly starting to see and feel the harmful effects. It's becoming more and more obvious that certain illnesses and ailments in the human body, or symptoms thereof, that were previously ascribed to natural causes, can be attributed to the negative effects of the 24/7 exposure of human life to a myriad of very harmful artificial frequencies.

And yet, during the "COVID-19" global lockdown that caused life on Earth to come to a grinding halt, with proper health care being denied to millions of people around the world, the ONE thing that is being given top priority is the rollout of 5G technology. Chinese vendors Huawei Technologies, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom installed an advanced 5G infrastructure on Mount Everest (of all places) in April 2020. Do you really still think that "COVID-19" has ANYTHING to do with a bug that originated with a bat in China?

Seriously, Get Real.

The HeartMath Experience – Ease Stress Overload and Increase Your Resilience

The HeartMath Institute first came to my attention in 2012 when I was screening the documentary Quantum Communication for my website, so I've been familiar with their work for quite some time.

As I have a naturally high level of energy and resilience (and other special innate abilities) it's much easier for me to deal with the current global situation than it is for the average person, and I have said over and over again that Your Mind is the key to your Well-being and Reality – but so is Your Heart.

The HeartMath Institute has generously made some of their online courses available for free, and I strongly advise you to visit their website and make use of these resources if you are mentally and emotionally in "COVID-19" overload. Below are a few introductory clips about the HeartMath Institute and also some of the relevant links.

If you find the Institute's information useful I encourage you to share these links with others so more people can benefit from them.

London Real with Dr. Judy Mikovits PhD: Plague Of Corruption, Is COVID-19 a ‘Plandemic’?

This is another great interview from London Real with regard to "COVID-19" which was recorded on May 8th, 2020.

Judy A. Mikovits, PhD, was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a specialization in biology at The University of Virginia. She has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from George Washington University. In just over twenty years she went from being an entry-level lab technician, to the director of the lab of Antiviral Drug Mechanisms at the National Cancer Institute. After she left the National Cancer Institute she directed the Cancer Biology program at EpiGenX Pharmaceuticals in Santa Barbara, California.

There in 2006, she became attracted to the plight of patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Autism. In only five years she developed the first neuroimmune institute from a concept to a reality, and is primarily responsible for demonstrating the relationship between immune based inflammation and these diseases. She has published over 50 scientific papers.

Just as the interview with Dr. Andrew Kaufman, I encourage you to also share this interview far and wide. I will post it below, but you can watch it on LondonReal.tv on this link. The list of top level scientist who are not given mainstream media airtime is now endless and this is another discussion that is packed with valuable information. Google is apparently on the verge of taking London Real off YouTube (see the first video below), so go the London Real YouTube channel or LondonReal.tv if you want to save the videos that appeal to you. In fact, I want to advise you to stop using Google as a search engine altogether and pick another default. You can find lists of alternatives for search engines and other Google products on these links: Private Search Engines and Alternatives To Google Products

As I said many times before, making liberating information unavailable is EXACTLY what happens under Fascist Regimes, and if you still don't understand the world you're living in today, you never will.
