Approximately one-third of troops have declined to take the coronavirus vaccine so far, Pentagon officials told the House Armed Services Committee on Wednesday.
Maj. Gen. Jeff Taliaferro, the vice director of operations for the Joint Staff, said the military has a two-thirds acceptance rate for the vaccine, meaning as much as a third isn't taking it. The vaccine is not yet mandatory for service members.
"Our initial look — and this is of course very early data — is acceptance rates are somewhere in the two-thirds territory," Taliaferro told the panel's top Republican, Rep. Mike Rogers of Alabama. "And of course it varies by different groups."
Top leaders were testifying on the Pentagon's role in the federal pandemic response.
Maj. Gen. Steven Nordhaus, the director of operations for the National Guard Bureau, added later that the Guard has a similar acceptance rate of "two-thirds to 70 percent."
The Pentagon has not previously specified how many troops are declining the vaccine. Spokesperson John Kirby told reporters later on Wednesday that the department doesn't have a system in place to track that information and pushed back on the notion that officials are hiding information.
Officials at the House hearing were referring to broad data showing that the military's acceptance rates "mirror" those of American society as a whole, Kirby said, noting that they went on to say that the department is not specifically tracking that data right now.
"Nobody is hiding data," Kirby said. "We don't have a system in place across the services to specifically track data with respect to those individuals who for whatever reason are declining."
Early in the hearing, lawmakers from both parties voiced concerns about the pace of vaccinations, the number of troops who may be declining the vaccine and the impact of refusals on military readiness.
"It's critical for our national security that every service member, as well as DoD civilian personnel and contractors, receive vaccines as soon as possible," Rogers said in his opening statement. "I am interested to hear from our witnesses what percentage of our service members have been vaccinated, what the refusal rate has been, and what steps they are taking to get more shots into arms."
Pentagon officials have said the vaccine will initially be voluntary because it does not have full FDA approval yet, though leaders have encouraged personnel to get vaccinated.
"We believe that, of course, the vaccine is the right thing to do. It's clearly safe for service members," Taliaferro said. "And we need to continue to educate our force and help them understand the benefits."
By the numbers: Taliaferro told the committee that 916,575 doses of the vaccine have been administered to Defense Department personnel so far.
Pentagon official Robert Salesses added that 359,000 troops have been given initial doses, and 147,000 troops have been fully vaccinated.
Vaccination timeline: Armed Services Chair Adam Smith (D-Wash.) pressed officials on how long it will take the Defense Department to vaccinate its full military, civilian and contractor workforce. Salesses told lawmakers the Pentagon will likely achieve that milestone this summer.
"It'll probably be sometime in late July, August timeframe," Salesses said.
The annual flu season that has been around since The Dawn of Man and Woman IS NOT, I repeat IS NOT "COVID-19". In the clip below multi-award-winning journalist Gemma O’Doherty reads an excerpt from the response from the UK's Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC), to a request that was made under the UK's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by Marc Horn on July 25th, 2020.
In his request Mr. Horn asked DHSC the following:
Subject: Freedom of Information request – Full, accurate and complete disclosure of SARSCOV-2 virus records
Please provide a full, accurate and complete list of records held within your office, and or under your authority, describing the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus, directly taken from a symptomatic patient of COVID-19 where the sample was not first combined with any other source of genetic material (not limited but by way of example monkey kidney cells, aka vero cells, liver cancer cells) thereby eliminating contamination as a possible alternative source of sampling.
Please note isolation is used in the normally understood meaning of the word – the act of separating a thing from another. I am not referring, and hence not requesting, to isolation meaning the culture of something else, the performance of an amplification test (eg PCR test which only detect mRNA or DNA) or the sequencing of “something”.
If any records match the above description and are available to the public elsewhere, please provide enough information so that I may identify and access each record with certainty (i.e. title, author(s), date, journal, and weblink or location where the public may access it). I remind you full, accurate and complete disclosure is required.
On August 24th, 2020 DHSC responded as follows:
Your request has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). DHSC does not hold information on the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus.
Do you realize what this means? It means that the UK's Department of Health & Social Care confirmed on August 24th, 2020 that SARS-COV-2, i.e. "COVID-19", has never been proven to exist.
In the same response they continued with the following:
However, outside of the scope of the FOIA, and on a discretionary basis, the following information has been advised to us, which may be of interest. Most infectious diseases are caused by viruses, bacteria or fungi. Some bacteria or fungi have the capacity to grow on their own in isolation, for example in colonies on a petri dish. Viruses are different in that they are what we call “obligate pathogens” – that is, they cannot survive or reproduce without infecting a host. For some diseases, it is possible to establish causation between a microorganism and a disease by isolating the pathogen from a patient, growing it in pure culture and reintroducing it to a healthy organism. These are known as “Koch’s postulates” and were developed in 1884. However, as our understanding of disease and different disease-causing agents has advanced, these are no longer the method for determining disease causation. It has long been known that viral diseases cannot be identified in this way as viruses cannot be grown in ‘pure culture’. When a patient is tested for a viral illness, this is normally done by looking for the presence of antigens, or viral genetic code in a host with molecular biology techniques.
So, Koch's postulates which have been used since 1884 as the benchmark to determine whether there is a cause-and-effect relationship between a bacteria (or any other type of microorganism) and a clinical disease, were very conveniently thrown out the window when "COVID-19" was announced.
On August 25th, 2020 Marc Horn replied to DHSC asking for an internal review of the Department of Health & Social Care's handling of his FOI request and he also asked the following:
Based upon your previous responses to my FOI:
…it has long been known that viral diseases cannot be identified in this way as viruses cannot be
grown in ‘pure culture’. When a patient is tested for a viral illness, this is normally done by looking

Accordingly, please provide a full, accurate and complete list of records held within your office, and / or under your authority, supporting the following claims;
1 – Which symptoms uniquely identify COVID-19?
2 – Which viral antigens uniquely identify COVID-19?
3 – Which viral genetic code uniquely identifies SARS-Cov-2?
4 – What is the accuracy of the testing method for unique COVID-19 antigens upon which those governing rely upon, with supporting scientific verification?
5 – What is the accuracy of the testing method for unique SARS-Cov-2 genetic code upon whichthose governing rely upon, with supporting scientific verification?

Please provide source document from the 4 nations public health HCID group… that supported the decision that as of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease (HCID) in the UK.
On October 28th, 2020 DHSC sent a response to Mr. Horn in which they stated that:
After careful consideration of the subject matter, I have concluded that the response you received was compliant with the requirements of the FOIA and I uphold DHSC’s statement that the Department does not hold the requested information.
This means that after careful consideration of their initial reply DHSC concluded, that Mr. Horn's request was handled correctly and DHSC does not hold information on the isolation of a SARS-COV-2 virus.
There you have it – the end of every single discussion about the reality of "COVID-19".
Update 11 February 2022 (addition to the January 2nd, 2022 update)
The presentation below titled 2012 – The Future of Mankind was given by Michael Tsarion in 2006, and even though I certainly don't agree with everything he has to say, his detailed explanation about the importance of Psychic Hygiene is spot on. Psychic Hygiene and The Future of Mankind would have been a better title for this lecture. Psychic Hygiene can be defined as the 'cleanliness' of people's minds and emotions, and Michael Tsarion explains very well how individuals with a lot of unaddressed mental and emotional issues will develop a toxic personality, and more often than not an extremely toxic personality. He also shows how a growing lack of psychic hygiene in society eventually leads to a collective mass psychosis and the degradation of civilization. This phenomenon has occurred throughout history, with "COVID-19" being the most recent example.

The next two short documentaries made by Jay Myers are very good additions to Mark Passio's presentation. What you have to realize is that the so called "elite" of this planet (which is not what they are at all, it's how they regard themselves), are also the creatures who are at the peak of the "COVID-19" pyramid. The politicians worldwide, who are "creating the measures and laws" and sell you the "COVID-19" agenda are just their glove puppets, nothing more. Don't forget that. They are totally controlled and have to follow orders.
